Transcript for "Nutrient Integrations and Workflow product update: H1 2025": Hey, everyone. Welcome to the first Nutrien workflow and low code product update of 2025. Really appreciate you taking the time to join us today. If your document workflows feel clunky, slow, or manual, you're not alone. But the real issue often hides in plain sight. You know, over time, we stop noticing the friction. We build workarounds, shuffle paper between departments, duct tape apps together, and create approval chains that no one owns or no one owns because that's just how it's always been done. You didn't ask for what better workflow because you forgot it was possible. Well, today, we wanna show you what's actually possible when you stop selling settling for bottlenecks, urgent chaos, and poor user experiences, and start building workflows that are efficient, compliant, and designed for real operations. I'm Greg Ives with the product marketing team here at Nutrien, and joining me today is Bradley Hearn. Bradley, always great to have you here. Thanks, Greg. Good to be here. Bradley, I know I'm gonna sound like a broken record because I say this every webinar, but how lucky are we to have that front row seat to all this amazing stuff that's being built by our teams? I mean, it's pretty awesome knowing that everything that we're gonna cover to get it today is helping our customers improve the way they get things done. Yeah. Absolutely. I mean, our product and engineering teams have been really busy this year building what we believe is a, significant milestone toward the industry's premier document driven workflow automation platform. Absolutely. You know, but before we jump into our presentation, I do need to cover a few housekeeping items. First, we understand exactly how busy everyone is, so we're gonna try to keep today's event to under twenty minutes or so. If you experience any technical issues or just have questions about today's webinar, drop them into the q and a tab on the right side of your screen. One thing that's a little bit different for today is we're not gonna do a live q and a at the end of the presentation. You know, with today's webinar spanning multiple product lines and the variety of roles and functions joining us, we're gonna reach back out to you directly with answers after we're done. That means, look, we absolutely encourage you to ask all the questions you want. We'll just follow-up with you follow-up with you directly after the event. And, yes, one of the most popular questions that we get is, is this being recorded? Yes. It is. It will be available on demand on our site and in other places, as early as this afternoon. Alright. Onto the agenda. Before we get to the product updates, we do wanna spend a minute or two discussing the mission that drives everything we build for you guys. So, essentially, that, the why behind what we do. Then we'll run through what you're all here for, and that's the, you know, the this laundry list of product updates that we've all been hinting at and talking about and teasing out. And at the end, for those attending today, that might be less familiar with us, we'll wrap up with a quick word about Nutrient. Alright, Bradley. Why don't you go ahead and kick us off? Great. Thanks, Greg. So as I mentioned a minute ago, today's release is bigger than just a a set of new features. Like, it's a step toward a new standard for how document driven work should happen, not just within workflows, but across the systems that your teams use every day. And so we we have structured this particular release into three key areas or buckets. First, workflow automation. From in platform document editing, to AI powered data extraction, to a new mobile companion app, these updates are designed to streamline those document heavy processes that drive your business, with the intention of reducing manual effort, increasing visibility, and making approvals faster, smarter, and more auditable. Second, enterprise grade security. Alright. As always, we're raising the bar on what, you know, built in governance and transparency should look like. From SOC two, type two compliance, to real time alerts and a secure credential center, your teams now have the additional trust and control to scale without compromise. And then third, low code integrations. Because you shouldn't have to rip and replace the systems that you already rely on. So with native document editing in Salesforce and major enhancements to our document converter, or SharePoint, and Microsoft three sixty five, we're continuing to bring powerful document capabilities directly into those platforms that your teams already know and use. Okay. And so together, these updates deliver on our mission of what we call efficient execution. We're continuing to create these building blocks that help streamline the complexity that so many of us live with. Whether you are aware of just how antiquated your business processes and systems have gotten, or you've just become immune or numb to the friction, as Greg alluded to at the very beginning, we're here to turn that simplicity in, the complexity into simplicity, ultimately grow and scale without anything holding you back. And so whether that is within our workflow automation platform, our low code integrations, or even our SDKs, Giving you the tools to streamline and then innovate, is why Nutrient exists. Which brings us to our first batch of major updates, workflow automation. So at the beginning of twenty twenty four, last year, the company formerly known as Integrify officially joined the Nutrient family. And at the time, you might have asked yourself, why would a company best known for document SDKs wanna acquire a SaaS platform that's built for streamlining business processes? Well, because at Nutrient, we're not just an SDK company. We are the document company, and we understand how central documents are to real work, how central they've always been to work, and how central they always will be to work to, you know, to recording information, to passing information, to exchanging information, and and all and on and on. And then how underserved document driven workflows have been by most automation tools. Especially for organizations managing, you know, complex processes or operating in these highly regulated industries. The future of business automation, as we believe it, isn't these surface level automations, you know, bots and band aids. Like, it's about businesses up leveling their operational infrastructure. And, you know, that infrastructure typically relies on the ability to, you know, create, edit, share, archive documents across teams, across systems. So no no matter if a contract, needs approving, an invoice needs to be paid, or a purchase request needs to be reviewed, that's where our unmatched document expertise comes in and is we're able to facilitate. Yeah. That's exactly right, Bradley. And our customers saw this firsthand last year when we added a new file viewing experience to the platform that is, you know, at its core, powered by our industry leading, web SDK. But document viewing was only the beginning. We saw it as that foundation that was needed to build out the the type of document centric functionality that companies like yours need to accelerate processes, you know, to improve visibility, and to scale with confidence. So today's updates are just the latest step along the path to providing efficient execution within your document driven workflows. So let's take a look at what's new this year. If you think back over the last several years or even decades, managing documents within a workflow has always been a drag on productivity. Approvals get slowed by logging in and out of disjointed tools. Things like collaboration and version control go out the window, not to mention that most third party tools simply don't have the functionality you need to properly annotate or edit documents. That's why we're excited to announce that our latest update adds advanced document editing, markup, and collaboration capabilities directly to the platform, allowing your teams to manage content in a unified experience. So say goodbye to third party applications and manual bottlenecks. You can now leverage a single interface for viewing, annotating, and editing documents, including PDFs, Office files, images, and HTML, all within the workflow automation platform. Having native document editing built right into the workflow means that you'll benefit from secure document handling, versioning, and routing. This update also enables full in platform collaboration, giving you the ability to view, edit, and sign documents directly within the request. You can also take advantage of complete version tracking to help ensure compliance and audibility. Now speaking of signing, we are excited to share that, new electronic signing capabilities, including digital signing, will be coming to the platform later this year. We've talked to customers. We know how excited they are about that, so stay tuned. Well, and and just like document editing, we believe that creating, like, a polished, consistent business documents shouldn't be a manual, cumbersome task spread over multiple tools. You know, so now you have the ability to generate documents directly in the workflow automation platform. And just as the name implies, this powerful new component brings easy document generation to your workflows. Specifically, it allows your teams to automatically, you know, produce professional docx and pdf files using dynamic templates, filled with real time data from workflow automation, from CRMs, ERPs, and also internal databases. So whether it's HR offer letters, invoices, financial reports, document creation, or document generation, is now scalable, accurate, and consistent. Document generation also allows your users to create consistent output, you know, with docx templates that support dynamic fields and tables, you know, so to create documents that are not only polished, but they're on brand. And the capacity for batch processing lets you handle large scale document generation easily. It gives you that high volume efficiency. And then lastly, document generation can seamlessly integrate with your existing CRMs, ERPs, as I mentioned, or your custom databases to automatically populate those templates. In the end, with this new efficiency and consistency, document generation has transitioned, you know, from being a burden, something you had to go into a new tab to do, to to create a document and then bring it in, for being from from being a burden to being a strategic advantage for your business. Absolutely. And speaking of burdens, manually copying, pasting, and reentering data from a document into your workflow forms has historically been a time consuming, error prone process. With the recent launch of AI data extraction, we've introduced a better way forward. This latest enhancement brings intelligence to the point of input, using AI to automatically extract and populate key data from PDFs and other formats directly into your workflow forms. No more copying. No more pasting. Just seamless, scalable automation. And the best part? It's as simple to use as adding a text field. That's it. No special skills or or talents required. Not to mention that it's extremely flexible. AI data extraction works with leading model providers, including OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS, Bedrock, and even your own self hosted LLMs. Now we understand exactly how important that is when it comes to ensuring data security and compliance. The benefits of AI data extraction are obvious. Accelerated processing moves critical information into workflow forms within seconds, allowing your team to focus on higher value work. And by eliminating manual error prone input, you're able to minimize rework and, eliminate bottlenecks across departments. And with its ability to scale, it doesn't matter if you're processing 10 documents or 10,000 documents. AI data extraction provides automation that easily handles growing document volumes without increasing your headcount. Now I know that we have a lot of workflow automation customers attending today. For those of you who'd like to learn more about these new components, be sure to reach out to your customer success representative, or you can contact us directly after the webinar. And one one quick note about that too. I know we have AI data extraction, demo on our website as well, and I think, I believe, on our YouTube channel as well. So you can see deeper dives into some of these these features with more in-depth demos there. Alright. So before we jump over to low code enhancements, I want, we have just a few more updates for workflow automation. The first being the addition of a new mobile companion app, which is now in public preview. We all use mobile apps. I don't need to tell you why they're convenient. Work obviously doesn't stop when you leave your desk, especially for something like approvals, which is a key part of, workflows that a lot of our customers use. You should need a desktop every time you wanna improve a document. So with the launch of the Nutrien workflow mobile companion app for iOS and Android, we're simply just bringing workflow automation to your pocket. The public preview allows users to log in with their existing workflow accounts, make immediate approvals, stay connected wherever you are. So in the field, on the move, between meetings, this release, it's an initial, as a public preview release. It lays the foundation for more mobile first productivity with more updates coming down the road. If you'd like to learn more about the app, please be sure to reach out to our customer success team. Alright. Now security. At Nutrient, we believe trust is earned, not assumed. And that's why every facet of our workflow automation platform is engineered for uncompromising security, transparency, and auditability. And our latest round of security updates continues this strict tradition and even doubles down on it, with the addition of SOC two type two compliance, real time notifications that instantly alert admins to license changes and task failures, and a secure credential center that centralizes the management of, you know, sensitive tokens, passwords, and keys in a protected environment. Alright, Greg. Greg, go ahead and bring us home with some updates to low code. You got it. Well, as you've seen here today, we believe document automation should meet teams where they work, not the other way around. That's why we've expanded our low code integration suite to bring powerful new capabilities directly into Salesforce, SharePoint, and other core platforms, included including native document editing, smart redaction, PDF to office previews, and more. That way, you don't need to, as Bradley mentioned before, rip and replace. Nutrient helps your team scale document related tasks directly inside the tools you already know and trust.
